Kim K's Wakeup Routine - Rise or Shine?

Kim Kardashian is infamous for her workouts ; but what most of us don't think about is the fact that she gets up at 5:45 AM every morning to workout. You read that right, EVERY morning, even weekends. HOW? For this review of Kim Kardashian's lifestyle my original plan was to try to spend a week doing her workouts, but that seemed too easy.... so I decided, what I really wanted to try, was to wake up that early every morning. The early bird gets the worm, right? (If you're interested in her workouts, I will provide links at the bottom of this post.) So the first thing I figured out before the week started, is the fact that to wake up at 5:45 AM and still get 8 hours of sleep, I have to go to bed at 9:45 PM. That's probably about 2 hours earlier than I normally go to bed, so I'm thinking that may be the hardest part of getting into this Kim K routine. As someone who struggles to post on Instagram even once a month, I am always amazed by the amount of content on Kim Kardashian’s Instagram . Though its obvious that Kim Kardashian has someone working for her and someone else responsible for posting about the daily life of Kim Kardashian, one still has to admit that the amount of different activities Kim manages to fit in a day is very impressive. According to an article about Kim Kardashian’s daily routine I am especially confused how she finds time to fit all these extra activities in her day. This review has been much anticipated, due to the popularity of this product. Like all other KKW beauty product reviews, this body foundation has received a wide range of both praise and criticism. I Tried Eating Like Kim Kardashian For a Day - To Carb or Not to Carb?

Her face looks great, her makeup is flawless, and what about that body. Kim K has to be extremely disciplined to eat and workout the way she does, the question is, can anyone be that disciplined? To tackle this question, I've decided to try Kim K's diet routine for a week and see what it really takes. First, and foremost, Kim K's diet is low carb and I LOVE carbs.
