Kim K's Wakeup Routine - Rise or Shine?
Kim Kardashian is infamous for her workouts ; but what most of us don't think about is the fact that she gets up at 5:45 AM every morning to workout. You read that right, EVERY morning, even weekends. HOW? For this review of Kim Kardashian's lifestyle my original plan was to try to spend a week doing her workouts, but that seemed too easy.... so I decided, what I really wanted to try, was to wake up that early every morning. The early bird gets the worm, right? (If you're interested in her workouts, I will provide links at the bottom of this post.) So the first thing I figured out before the week started, is the fact that to wake up at 5:45 AM and still get 8 hours of sleep, I have to go to bed at 9:45 PM. That's probably about 2 hours earlier than I normally go to bed, so I'm thinking that may be the hardest part of getting into this Kim K routine.
